Despite her "loud" appearance, Charmaine is quite the down-to-earth and spiritual woman. She is exceedingly rational and level-headed in most situations, even if she has untraditional beliefs. People have a tendency to underestimate her cleverness because of her appearance, but she truly is reliable through and through. She strives for excellence, and because of this, she can come off as overbearing to her friends because she wants them to be excellent, too. She enjoys competition, but losing? Not so much.
She works as a waitress at a local diner, alongside her friend Tabitha, who has a very rocky relationship with Pyotr. Often, Charmaine is caught in the middle of this. Luckily, she has a girlfriend of her own-- a boxer named Ime Akintola-- who can cheer her up when life gets to be too much.
