Owen is a very antisocial kid. He grew up being bullied, though he was never a complete sweetheart himself; he has only two friends (Anuar and Sidney), and spends most of his time home alone. He enjoys literature and history, but, frankly, this is largely because he wants to craft a much more esoteric image of himself than is actually true. It's rare to see him actually smile, as he is extremely pessimistic and anxiety-ridden. He can be a rather compassionate person when one gets to know him, however, and should he love, he loves fiercly.
He has a tense relationshsip with most of his family members, but his uncle is someone he's always been fascinated by. He feels oddly connected to his uncle, like he was meant to be the parental figure to replace his mother.
Above all, Owen feels inhuman, though he can't explain exactly why. He feels as though he's being watched, but by who, he knows not.
