Odette Fofana is a professional speed skater who has cut ties with everyone who ever knew or loved her for the sake of her craft. Felipé Paulo Casteñeda is a professional hockey player who is apt to drop dead in the rink at any moment, and whose death will be met only with a universal shrug.
